1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Elite Dog Resort Pattaya, including boarding, daycare, grooming, and related activities.
Elite Dog Resort Pattaya is a luxury facility exclusively for small, non-aggressive dog breeds.
We reserve the right of admission and may decline service to pets that do not meet our requirements for size, temperament, or behavior.
By accessing our website or using our services, you accept these terms in full.

2. Bookings and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us via email, phone, or in person.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

3. Pet Requirements

To ensure the safety and well-being of all pets, the following conditions apply:

Only small, non-aggressive dog breeds are accepted.
All dogs must be vaccinated against rabies, distemper, and other common diseases.
Pets must be in good health and free from contagious conditions or parasites.
Owners must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues prior to check-in.
Aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in early termination of the stay without refund.

4. Health and Emergency Care

In the event of illness or injury, we will contact the owner or emergency contact immediately.
If urgent care is required, we may transport the pet to a veterinarian and all costs will be the owner’s responsibility.
Owners authorize Elite Dog Resort Pattaya to act in the pet’s best interest in emergencies.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in and check-out times apply; late check-out may incur additional fees.
Early arrivals or late departures must be arranged in advance.
If a pet is not collected before the resort’s closing time, it will remain overnight and must be picked up the following morning.
Additional charges will apply for the extra night’s stay and for any food or care provided during that time.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date may be refunded or rescheduled.
Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows may be charged in full.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after approval.

7. Pet Welfare and Monitoring

Our facility is equipped with CCTV and smart monitoring systems for the safety of all pets.
Video recordings are used for internal supervision and may be reviewed by our staff or owners (upon request and availability).
We may use AI-assisted monitoring to detect signs of stress or behavioral changes in pets for welfare improvement.
All monitoring data is processed securely and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Owner Responsibilities

Owners must provide accurate and complete information about their pet.
Owners are responsible for any damage, loss, or injury caused by their pet during their stay.
Items brought for the pet (toys, beds, accessories) are at the owner’s risk.
All outstanding charges must be paid in full before collecting the pet.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every care is taken to ensure the safety and comfort of all pets, Elite Dog Resort Pattaya is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or death unless directly caused by our proven negligence.
We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control, including accidents, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Elite Dog Resort Pattaya. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
